Abstract
Administrative monopoly industries,mostly are state-owned and have a great impact on national economy and national security,whose legitimate business are protected by anti-monopoly law,which makes the research about the performance of industrial administrative monopoly very important.Industrial administrative monopoly has three general forms-inappropriate administrative barriers to entry of government,the low efficiency of regulation act and administrative monopoly enterprises abusing their dominant market position.Empirical test and investigation show that the latter two are the main forms for the present.In the end,three policy recommendations to the reform of industrial administrative monopoly are offered in the paper.
