Government Regulation and Industrial Administrative Monopoly of China

Most industrial administrative monopoly has a background of statutory monopoly,making its reform process very difficult.Because of industrial administrative monopoly inextricably linked to government regulation,at first,this paper gave a literature work about the basic concept of government regulation,Why do we need government regulation,and regulatory effects and so on;Meanwhile,relevant studies of administrative monopoly were reviewed and redefined.On this basis,we gave some analysis from the perspective of regulation on judgment of administrative monopoly industries,reasonableness of administrative monopoly,formation mechanism of administrative monopoly and further reforms.
