Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in our hospital in order to provide reference for the clinical use of drugs and drug safety evaluation. Methods 162 cases of ADR reported in our hospital in 2011 to 2012 were collected and performed the statistical analysis by classification in aspects of gender and age, route of administration, types of drugs causing ADR,ADR involving organs or systems and clinical manifestations. Results Among 162 cases of ADR,most occurred in the patients aged 60~90 years, women were more than men.The route of administration was mainly intravenous infusion (123 cases,75.93%).ADR involved 65 varieties of drugs, the top place in the list was the antimicrobial drugs (75 cases,46.30%).The clinical manifestations of damage to skin and its appendages were most common (76 cases,46.91%).Conclusion We should pay attention to and strengthen ADR monitoring and rational use of drugs in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADRs.
