Reflections on Country Management by Morality

Abstract
In the course of the construction of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,the combination of law and morality in the management of the country is extremely important in various ways,including the development of market economy,the promotion of socialist moral construction and national quality,and the acceleration of the construction of modernization.This thesis attempts some rough study of the connotation and the significance of management by morality and its relation to management by law.It also presents some personal view points on the way to implement the management-by-morality concept.
