Abstract
Starting with the effect on professional morality of economic transformation,the paper discusses the present situation of economic transformation and analyses the roots of the error stem of professional morality.It also puts forward the countermeasures to improve the professional morality.Firstly,the leader should play a leading role;secondly,strengthen the command system of social morality;thirdly,strengthen the system and laws and regulations of socialist professional morality;lastly,strengthen the arrangement of professional morality.
