Abstract
The final aim of present-day education is to cultivate quality-oriented personnel.As far as English teaching is concerned,that means to develop students’creativeness,communicative competence,the ability to study and to cooperate.This paper mainly focuses on linguistic competence and oral test in En1ish teaching.
