Cinical Effect of IPF Treated by Combination of Enalapril and Prednisone

Abstract

Objective To investigat the clinical effect of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) treated by combination of Enalapril and Prednisone.Methods Total 64 case were randomly divided into two groups: control group and combination of Enalapril with Prednisone group.Control group were given Prednisone for 6 month.Combination of Enalapril with Prednisone group were given Telmisartan and Prednisone for 6 month.To observe the change of clinical symptom,lung CT,blood gas analysis and pulmonary function.Results Combination of Enalapril with Prednisone group were significant improvement in efficiency,symptom,lung CT and pulmonary function than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The Telmisartan has accessory treatment function of anti-fiberosis,thus providing another new way to cure idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
