With the development of the computer game on the net,all kinds of virtual properties on the internet emerged,which attracted the public's attention especially the gamers'.Consequently,the security problem of virtual property appeared as well.Due to the robbery or lost of the virtual property,the lawsuit between customers and websites dealing with the network game happened.Moreover,Affaires about washing money through the virtual currency were frequently reported on the newspapers.Yet,what quality of the virtual property exactly is still remains argument in the law area.This paper tends to analyze the virtual property from the angle of its start and use,meanwhile,consider the virtual property rights is different from the intellectual property rights and creditor's rights.It should be part of category of property law.
