Clinical observation in treating acute isechemic stroke with butylphthalide soft capsules

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of butylphthalide on treating acute ischemic stroke. METHODS The 63 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated by butylphthalide and 63 patients as randomized control group. RESULTS After treatment,the total efficacy rates in the treatment and control groups were 93.7% vs 79.4%,with significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups (P0.01). CONCLUSION Butylphthalide is safe and effective in treating acute isechemic stroke.
