Comprehensive Evaluation of the Construction of College Counselors Team——A case study of 25 universities in H province

China attaches great importance to the college counselors ranks. The counselor has become an important part of the university teachers. It plays an important role in the reform, stability, development of university and students’ growth. The college counselors team building is both a theoretical issue, but also a matter of practice, and have a great influence on the sustainable development of Higher Education. The evaluation of the construction of College Counselors Team, it is conducive to the promotion of professional counselors, and professional development. By analyzing the status of the college counselor team building, drawing on relevant research results at home and abroad, to build the comprehensive evaluation index system of college counselors effectiveness of team building, and taking advantage of the improved analytic hierarchy process and multi-level fuzzy evaluation method, this paper selected 25 universities in H province and conducted an empirical analysis. The empirical analysis shows that it is significant achievements of the construction of the university counselors in H province in recent years, but this is unbalanced between each university.
