Abstract

The free stretch of university power in supervision blind area is the source of university corruption risk.University should open the power supervision portal with information openness so as to govern corruption effectively.University's information openness can reveal the source,reduce the cost,strengthen the basis and enhance the effectiveness of power supervision.The essence of university corruption governance is to promote the transparency effectively.University should announce the power list strategically,promote the information openness degree substantively,construct the supervision and safeguard mechanisms of information openness systematically.
