The Fundamental Way in University Anti-corruption:Improving Transparency

Improving the transparency of university running and strengthening the openness of power are the radical measures to eliminate university corruption,prevent and cure corruption from its source. The improved transparency mechanisms to curb corruption are to strengthen the basis of power supervision,limit the space of power corruption and enhance the effectiveness of power supervision. It is currently a common practice to restrain corruption by the transparency in university running in developed countries. In the perspective of anti-corruption,the promotion of university's transparency should be advanced in the following aspects: to clear up power according to law,to standardize power operation,to pinpoint the key links to implement power monitoring and information openness,and to carry out the regulation as required by the Ministry of Education.
