Abstract
The right of privacy refers to a special right of personality that further includes private information,space and activity of any natural person.While the right of privacy is subject to impingement,and civil law and administrative provisions are not adequate,the criminal law may as well be effective.This paper discusses the limitations of the amendments on the existing criminal law and proposes direct protection of,and charges take effect against the breaches of privacy.
