Abstract
Objective: To understand the STA-R automatic coagulation analyzer basic detection performance.Method: The instrument detected the solidification of prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB) and thrombin time(TT) four indicators, the initial performance of this instrument evaluation.Result: The instrument measured the within and day of each index were less than 5.0% CV,PT and FIB detection of the correlation coefficients were-0.992 and 0.999,carry over PT was 1.34%,APTT was 1.65%,FIB 2.94 %,TT was 0.31%.Conclusion: STA-R automatic coagulation analyzer with good linearity, high accuracy, high intra and inter-day precision and strong ability to prevent carryover,a larger sample size for clinical examination room routine work.
