Abstract
Objective: To study the changes and relationships between erythrocyte and lymphocyte immnuologic function in patients with gastric carcinoma, and find out some theory proofs for deciding therapy and prognosis. Methods: The immunologic functions of erythrocyte and lymphocyte in 56 patients with gastric carcinoma were tested, taking the rate of RBC-C 3b receptor rosette(RCRR),RBC-immune complex rosette(RICR), tumor-RBC rosette(TRR) and CD3 +、 CD4 + 、CD8 + cells as observation indexs. Results: The immunologic functions of erythrocyte and lymphocyte in patients with gastric carcinoma were decreased, and this change becomes more obvious in 1 day postoperatively . By means of operation , the immunologic functions recover day by day. Conclusion: The immune system of erythrocyte and lymphocyte in patients with gastric carcinoma were injuried obviously, We must pay more attention to supervision and therapy with immune.
