Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)on human immune system of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation. Methods:The immunologic functions of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte sub-population in60patients with LC were tested, taking the rate of RBC-C 3 b receptor rosette(RCRR),RBC-immune complex rosette(RICR),tumor-RBC rosette(TRR)and CD3,CD4,CD8cells as observation indexs.Results:In1d after operation, the immunologic functions of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation in patients with LC were degraded slightly. But there was no statistical difference, and the indexs recovered immediately on3d after operation. Conclusions:The effect of LC on human immune system of erythrocyte and T-lymphocyte subpopulation is no obvious. This study supply immediate recovery of patients after LC with immunologic evidence.
