Abstract
n-butyl acetate was synthesized under La2(SO4)3 /SiO2 as catalyst,and the synthetic conditions were studied.The results showed that the optimum synthetic conditions were as follows: when the molar ratio of acetic acid to n-butanol was 1.0: 1.3,and the quality of the catalyst to acetic acid was 2.0 %,and the reaction time was 2.0 hours under refluxing,the conversation of rate of acetic acid was up to 95 %.
