Abstract
The synthesis of butyl acetate with n -butanol and acetic acid as reactants and solid acid S2O 2- 8/Fe 2O 3-SiO 2 as catalyst had been studied ,The influence factors of raction were investigated by experiments. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:precursor of solid catalyst was treated by microwave;molar ratio of n -butanol to acetic acid was 1.2:1;weight of catalyst was 0.8g (weighe of acetic acid if 0.2mol ); raction times was 3h; the taking water reagent( cyclohexane) was 10mL; the easterification yield of butyl acetate was 97.7%. The catalyst can be reused over 6.
