Regional Innovation Capacity Evaluation and Analysis of Henan Province

This paper calculates innovation factor index and composite index by constructing three evaluation index system,to measure regional innovation capacity of the 31 provinces,and judge the characteristics of regional innovation capacity development in Henan Province.Evaluation results show that: the input and output capacity of the Henan Province in regional innovation on the middle level,and a higher status in the six central provinces,but the innovation efficiency is poor,Inefficiency becomes a major factor restricting the regional Innovation composite capabilities.
