Abstract
In the base of defining regional innovation capacity,the paper sets up an index system of regional innovation capacity.Applying factor analysis for 31 provinces,this paper compares regional innovation capacity of eastern,western and central area of China and analysis the correlation between regional innovation capacity and the level of economic development.
