Abstract
Based on the calculated cooling load of common area in the subway station, the hourly ventilation rate could be determined.Combined with the design plan of 1# line of Tianjin Subway, the year-round frequency control strategy for the fan was put forward. In addition, using the CFD technology and Airpak software, the velocity and temperature fields under the VAV-based operation mode in the common area in summer were simulated. Finally,it was found out that the related results could satisfy the design requests.
