Analysis of Efficiency and Fairness of the Current Basic Medical Service in China

Through analyzing efficiency and fairness of the current basic medical service,health resources will be made full use of,and the best social benefit and economic benefit will be achieved.Based on the current China's basic medical expenses,medical expenses burden,direction of flow to institutions about the total health expenses,medical service situation,three-level medical health service in rural areas,structure of staff about health clinics in towns and townships,and the factors which influences people to see a doctor are investigated,and it is proposed that the guide of a national health policy doesn't match the actual input,the gap of medical service are growing between urban and rural town the focal point of the basic medical isn't on prevention and there is unfairness of the basic medical service.It is suggested that sustainable financial support mechanism should be established and perfected,more funding should be poured to rural health care and other public services,health consciousness of urban and rural residents should be strengthened,basic medical service should be equalized,and the efficiency of basic medical services in China should be improved.
