Abstract
The basic health and medical service is the most direct and practical interest issue that people are most concerned about,is one of the most important livelihood issues.At present,there are many problems in China's basic medical and health service and efficiency,such as rapid growth of health costs assumed by patients,unreasonable distribution of medical and health resources in urban and rural areas,serious shortage of government financial input,absence of government's supervision to medical and health services,etc.Solving these problems requires effective allocation of China's health resources and increase of efficiency of basic health and medical services.
