Combination of chinese traditional and western medicine in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis:a clinical observation of 32 cases

Objective To study traditional and western medicine in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis clinical cu rative effect.Methods A total of 66 cases patients were divided into 32 cases in A group and B group 34 cases,group A was treated with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine treatment,group B was treated with routine treatment of western medicine.Results The total effective rate of A group was higher than that of group B(P 0.05),the complications were significantly lower than that in B group(P 0.05),mechanical ventilation compared to A group was significantly lower than those in B group(P 0.05),comparison of operation treatment in A group was significantly lower than B group(P 0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional chinese and western medicine in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis curative effect,can improve the total efficiency,reduce complications,reduce the mechanical ventilation and operation treatment,reducing the cost of treatment,worthy of promotion.
