Clinical Research of Hemorrhoid Mucosal Vessels with Ligation on the Therapy of Sling Ring Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of hemorrhoid mucosal vessels with Ligation on the therapy of sling ring mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: This was a randomized,controlled study.Both the treatment group and control group of were enrolled 33 cases.The treatment group were given mucosal vascular ligation for hemorrhoids suspension surgery.The control group takes procedure for prolaps and hemorrhoid(PPH).The wound surface bleeding,pain,local bulge situation after 24 h,48 h,5 d and score the quantitative comparison were observed.Take the follow-up after 6 months and then analysis the efficacy and complications of surgery.Results: The wound surface bleeding,pain and the local bulge of the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P0.05).The healing rate in treatment group was 100% and there was no postoperative urinary retention.Followed up for 6 months,no recurrence,anal stenosis and incontinence occurred.Conclusions: Hemorrhoid mucosal blood vessels with Ligation on the therapy of sling ring mixed hemorrhoids can reduce the wound bleeding,pain and symptoms of local bulge with better effect,fewer complications and lower cost.
