Puzzle and Thinking in Constitution Teaching

In the Constitution teaching,some problems are necessary to be clarified as follows: Curriculum system needn't maintain consistent with the law system completely,but the constitution theory must aim to explain as its target.The constitution teaching can't deviate from the core value of constitution;it should focus on three basic elements: the constitutional rights,the state power and public interest.The constitution is in essence the particular normative demands,not balance of power relations.The research method and teaching method has close contact,but they are not the same thing.
