Abstract

The agile manufacturing of automobile enterprise has become a priority of the manufacturing modernization,and informationization project is the basis to achieve the modernization.It introduces the necessity of developing agile manufacturing in automobile enterprises,analyzes the information needs of agile manufacturing,and discusses the key information technologies of informationization project for achieving agile manufacturing in the automotive enterprises.
