Abstract

Objective:To explore the value of CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy in the clinical diagnosis of lung lesions. Methods:Data of 70patients that were confirmed as chest lesions by CT(50 cases)and PET/CT(20cases)were retrospectively analyzed.Percutaneous biopsy was conducted by 18G biopsy gun and cutting needle under CT-guidance.Results:The success rate of biopsy was 100%,of the 70 patients,68were confirmed as chest lesion according to histopathological results with a diagnosis rate of 97.14%.36cases were diagnosed as malignant tumors in(diagnosis rate of 51.42%).Complications occurred in 5cases(complication rate of 7.14%).The coincidence rate of PET-CT diagnosis and CT was 80%and 40%respectively.Conclusion:CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy shows high success rate and high accuracy of diagnosis. It is a safe and effective diagnostic method with significant clinical value and can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment options.
