Abstract
[Objective]To understand the detection status of infectious indexes among volunteer blood donors of college students in Shijiazhuang City.[Methods]By using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, college students who had participated in voluntary blood donation from September to November 2012 were collected in Shijiazhuang City,to test the HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and anti-TP.[Results]Among 7 882 volunteer blood donors of college students, the positive rate of HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV and anti-TP was respectively 0.51%,0.22%,0 and 0.14%,and the total positive rate was 0.86%.The positive rates of HBsAg,anti-HCV and anti-TP were significantly lower than those of other donor population(0.79%,0.44% and 0.30%).[Conclusion] College students are the low-risk population in volunteer blood donation.
