Abstract
An experimental method that could exactly determine the content of heavy metal Chromium and Cadmiumin in oil specially for edible oil by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was exploited. The best processing method and digestion conditions were investigated. The optimum operating conditions of atomic absorption was confirmed through the improvement of matrix modifier and ashing temperature. The relative deviation of the method is less than 4.04%.The detection limit of instrument is 0.01μg/kg.The standard recovery rate is 95.0%~102.8%.The results show that this method is accurate with low detection limit and high sensitivity and the analysis result is satisfactory.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
