Abstract
A method was established for determination of chromium in edible gelatin by hot-water digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometricn. Parameters of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric for the method were studied. The temperatures were 90~500℃ ,1 100℃ and 2 150℃ about drying, pyrolysis and atomize respectively,Under the optimum testing conditions, the detection limit of chromium is 0.05ng/ml and sample recovery rate of 93%~106.0% . The method was rapid, convenient, accurate, sensitive and suitable for determination of chromium in edible gelatin.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
