Abstract

The microwave digestion technology treatment of samples, using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of digestion, reagents and conditions of microwave digestion were screened and optimized, studied by graphite furnace atomic absorption determination conditions.Research shows that, HNO3+H2O2 mixed acid as the best microwave digestion reagent, in the presence of NH4H2PO4 matrix modifier, can effectively eliminate the matrix effect, established by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of milk powder in Cd, Cr and Pb method, the Cd, Cr and Pb determine the limits of detection were in 0.0667, 1.22 and 0.810μg/mL.This method is applied in the milk samples of Cd, Cr and Pb determination, satisfactory results, RSD is less than 3.1%, the recovery rate was 93.8%~118%.
