Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of granisetron in postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV) of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods:Ninity patients with ASA class Ⅰ~Ⅱ undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups, which received an intravenous injection of 0.9% NS 10 ml(placebo group A,n=30) or granisetron 3 mg(granisetron group B,n=30) respectively. Results:The incidences of PONV in group B was significantly lower than those in group A(P0.05) in postoperative 24 hours. Conclusion:Granisetron can be used effectively to prevent the postoperative PONV in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients.
