Abstract
A method for the determination of trace cadmium in surface water by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with multiple injections for concentration was developed. The matrix modification of four matrix modifiers was studied, and it was found that by the addition of NH4NO3-PdCl2 as matrix modifier the ash temperature and determination sensitivity were improved. The detection limit of cadmium was 0.06 ng·mL-1(3σ).The recovery was in the range of 96.0%~103% with relative standard deviations ranging from 3.4% to 7.1%(n=6).The concentration of cadmium in Tiaoxi river water was measured to be 0.2 μg·L-1.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
