Abstract

[Objective]To discuss the feasibility for determination of cadmium in blood by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption spectrometry.[Methods]Blood samples were acidized by 5% nitrate, the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium nitrate were used as mixed matrix modifier and the temperature of ash was elevated to 600 ℃.Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used for directly determination[Results]Fo different content samples, the relative standard deviation of precision determination was 3.1%~4.2%,recoveries achieved 92.6%~103.5%.[Conclusion]Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry can be used for determination of cadmium content in blood.Precision and accuracy are in line with experimental requirements, with satisfactory results.
