Strategy Research on Enhancing Practical Ability of Engineering Graduates ——Analysis of Engineering Professional Training Based on Excellence Program

According to the situation of engineering university talent training,this paper points out the main problems.The first is the basic work ability of engineering graduates show a downward trend;second is that practice link of students needs to be strengthened;third is part of engineering professional need to updating teaching content;the fourth is the teaching methods also need to change.The structure adjustment in the talent training to meet the needs of chinese industrial upgrading,not only from the supply of talent,but also need to be reformed from the quality. Therefore,the paper proposes practical ability training category of engineering students from three aspects and put forward the basic idea of ability training from four aspects.
