On the Training System for Creative Talents in Universities

Abstract
To deal with the employment difficulty for university graduates,an engineering practical training system for the major of electronics and information was constructed.The system is constructed based on the laboratory teaching platform with entire functions.It combined with company engineer and technician training and introduced the market mechanism.The training mechanism is applied for improving the practical ability and innovation ability of talent to meet of the talent training need from the academic and economic development.
