Abstract
The background for differentiated land policy was introduced,and the necessity of construction of land differentiation policy system was elaborated,as well as the general idea.It was pointed that the differentiated land policies should be formulated on the foundation of the land use zoning.Taking Qinghai Province as a case,some suggestions on the differentiated land policies in the western area were put forward.
