Research on Differentiated Policy of Land Management——Taking Zhoushan Islands New District in Zhejiang Province as an Example

This paper introduces the bottleneck of restricting the economic and social development of Zhoushan Islands New District be based upon the analysis on the situation of land use in Zhoushan District.These include: the scale of construction is insufficient;and requisition-compensation balance is difficult.It suggests some differentiated policies of land management: differentiated and fine management of tourist land;exploring the balance of fishing and farming,the new way to cultivated land requisition-compensation balance,and index differentiation management of land for construction purposes.
