Abstract

Effect on the shoot abduction and shoot proliferation of three varieties of lily in the same medium was tested and MS was chosen as the basic culture medium with 6-BA、NAA suc-rose of different concentrations in order to find the optimum concentrations of sucrose for bulbs in-ducement.The optimum medium of three varieties of lily bulbs induced was chosen by using the base of squama.Results indicated that:(1) The same shoot induction medium can take a different effect on shoots inducement rate of varieties of lily.Rate of shoot abduction for Lilium candidum was 28.0 %,rate for Lilium longiflorum was 22.7 %,and rate for Lilium Casa Blanca was 25.3 %;(2) The same shoot proliferation medium can take a different effect on shoot proliferation rate of varieties of lily.The rate for Lilium Casa Blanca was the highest,rate for Lilium longiflorum was lower,and rate for Lilium candidum was the lowest;(3) In the bulb inducement medium test,the optimum concentrations of sucrose for Lilium candidum and Lilium longiflorum is 4 %,and the op-timum concentration of sucrose for Lilium Casa Blanca is 3 %.
