Qizhiweitong Granule combined with Mosapride in the Treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

Abstract
[Objective]To observe the Qizhiweitong granule combined with mosapride citrate in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis effect. [Method] Using randomized controlled methods, 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 31 cases of mosapride citrate, 10mg/ times, /d 3 times, before eating 0.5h oral. The treatment group of 31 cases of Qizhiweitong granule, 5g/, 3 /d. Western medicine treatment withthe control group.Two groups were treated for 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, gastric emptying rate, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results] The treatment group 19 cases were cured,4 cases markedly effective, effective 6 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.50%. The control group cured 10 cases, effective in 5 cases, effective 5 cases, invalid 11 cases, the total efficiency of 64.52%. The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05). Clinical symptoms and gastric emptying rate in the treatment group than in control group(P 0.05) [Conclusion] Qizhiweitong granule combined with mosapride citrate in treatment of diabeticgastroparesis effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
