15 Cases of Diabetes Gastroparesis Cured with Weisu Granule and Mosapride

Abstract
objective: Summary of clinical treatment of diabetic gastroparesis,methods: control group,15 cases were treated with Mosapride,5mg / time,three times / d,A half hour before meal,treatment group,In 15 cases the Weishu granular 1 Pack,,three times / d,A half hour before meal,The combined treatment group,15 cases were treated with Mosapride 5mg / time and the Weishu granular 1Pack. three times / d,A half hour before meal,The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Result: control group,After 1 weeks,9 cases is effective,After 4 weeks 12 cases were cured,3 cases is effective. treatment group,After 1 weeks,8 cases is effective,After 4 weeks11cases were cured,4 cases is effective. The combined treatment group,After 1 weeks,12 cases is effective,After 4 weeks 15 cases were cured,Conclusion: The Weishu granule is an effective method for treatment of diabetic gastroparesis( Liver qi stagnation type),improving gastrointestinal function.
