Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Mongolian medicine Amuri-6 powder combined with mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods: 90 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases in each group. Two group patients underwent conventional decrease blood sugar treatment, on the basis of that, the treatment group plus Amuri-6 powder 3g orally, three times a day, and mosapride tablets 5mg orally, three times a day. The control group was given mosapride tablets 5mg orally, three times a day, the treatment courses were 4 weeks. The gastric emptying time before and after treatment, individual symptoms improvement and total clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Results: The improvement of gastric emptying time in the treatment group was better than the control group(P0.05); the improvement of early satiety, abdominal pain, anorexia and constipation four individual symptoms in the treatment group were better than that of control group(P0.05), and the total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion: Mongolian medicine Amuri-6 powder combined with mosapride has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.
