Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of huoxue tang on the pathology chang of kidney of Adriamycin-induced glomerulosclerosis in rats.Methods: The models of Adriamycin-induced glomerulosclerosis in rats were made and treated with huoxue tang.Then albuminuria,urine glucose,albumin,creatinine,urea nitrogen,cholesterol,triglycerin before cured and at the end of the study were detected.The pathology chang in kidney of rats were analyzed.Results: The albuminuria,renal function and pathology chang of kidney in huoxue tang group ameliorated.Conclusion: It is suggested that Huoxue tang can reduce proteinuria and retard the development of glomerulosclerosis.Huoxue tang is effective to cure Adriamycin-induced glomerulosclerosis in rats.
