Abstract
Objective:To investigate in proteinuria and transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) in rat model of glomerulosclerosis and the intervention of Huoxue Bushen compound.Method:The rats model of glomerulosclerosis was developed by useing of unilateral nephrectomy plus doxorubicin injection.The experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,western medicine control group,Chinese medicine prevention group and Chinese medicine treatment group.Dynamic observation of protein in urine during 24 h,and detection of plasma and kidney tissue of TGF-β1.Results:Proteinuria in glomerular sclerosis in rats showed a certain degree of change.With the progress of glomerulosclerosis,serum TGF-β1 increased tendenciously.Huoxue Bushen compound can reduce initial 24 h protein in urine of glomerulosclerosis.Conclusion:Compared with the normal control group,urine protein in the rat model group continued to increase.TGF-β increased in serum and kidney tissue.Huoxue Bushen compound can reduce glomerulosclerosis in the early proteinuria.
