Abstract

The concept of scientific is our party in the period of socialist construction and meet the conditions of a far-sighted approach to development.As early as 1979,the France economic and sociologist Peiluchi supplied thenew concept of development and emphasized that the comprehensive of society,with particular emphasis on human development.When comparing the two,there are many similarities.And as our guide,the of the concept of scientific development,there is no doubt have a stronger practical significance,the new concept of development of a discard.
