Abstract
In accordance with a series of great issues existent along the development of contemporary economic society,the concept of scientific development was proposed as a new mode of development,which,being an innovative ideal of development,has gradually become a new guideline directing the theoretic study of the development of social sciences and a new mode guiding the practice of social development.Departing from the issue of development,this paper systematically expounds on the theoretic features of the concept of scientific development with analysis of its intrinsic rationality.
