Analysis of Enterprise Technical Innovation Organization

Innovation organization structure will affect the efficiency of organization, which is directly relevant to the success or fail and innovation efficiency. Therefore, it is an important part of enterprise technical innovation that organization structure with high efficiency which is adapted to enterprises' technical advancement should be set up. This paper sets forth the questions that a firm must think about when selecting technical innovation organization forms; analyzes the main forms of technical innovation organization, and researches the feature of fictitious technology innovation alliance which is a new trend on technical innovation organization forms.
