Abstract

The paper studies connotation of technical innovation system and the experience of successful enterprises. The author advocates that technical innovation system should be constructed on the basis of dominated technical innovation system so as to strengthen coordinated technical innovation system, build technical innovation service and perfect technical innovation supporting system.
