Abstract
In the new historical period,being short of independent innovation ability has become a barrier of our country enterprise growth and the social economy development.Therefore,we must carry out technical innovation vigorously,step up independent innovation ability of enterprise,and found the technical innovation enterprise,in order to grasp the rare strategic period of expansion and realize Chinese nation's great revival.This article explained the connotation of the technical innovation,pointed out that the enterprise is the main body of the technical innovation,analyzed the time significance that the independent innovation ability of enterprise was promoted and expressed the views on how to found the technical innovation enterprise.
